We are extremely pleased with our Bruno lift. We had a different brand for a long time and the difference in amazing. The Bruno is so quiet we can barely hear it move. The ride is smooth - no bumps - no jerks. The installer was very efficient and took his time to explain everything to us even though we weren't novices at having a chair lift. The whole process from the initial phone call to the installation was painless and easy. I would recommend a Bruno chair to anyone looking for a dependable, attractive chair.

From start to finish, our experience with planning and installation was first rate and state of the art. Our stairlift is a high quality product and life changing. Having use of this option made the difference between having to move and staying in a home we love.

The unit works well and is a bit more attractive than the previous unit that I had. My only negative observation thus far is that it seems just a bit flimsier than my previous unit.

The owner did an excellent job of explaining the workings of the stair lift, the cost, the method of installation and provided workmen who work conscientious, professional and good workers. All in all a pleasant experience. I would recommend the company to my friends.

I find this to be so helpful in managing the process of going up and down stairs especially for my age and knee problems. I have a finished basement with my laundry room, storage and freezer so with the stair lift I don’t have to give part of my home. Love this lift.
