Stairlift was installed the next day
Stairlift was installed the next day. The company personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Our feeling on the product
Overall the product is very good as explained, and sales/installation were satisfactory. If I want to say anything negative at all, following two points come to mind; 1. My wife is diagnosed to dementia and highly sensitive to sound. This product’s beeping sound frequency and tone are bothering her very much. 2. During ride, squeaky noise from railing is too much. We preferred a slightly quieter ride.

We will be immediately reaching out to you regarding the beeping noise at the top of the steps when the chair is turned. That is a safety feature that can be turned off by your dealer.

I really like my Bruno
I really like my Bruno. The installation went very smooth and the 2 gentlemen installers were very kind and explained everything to me. The Bruno helps me a lot and I am very happy with it

Superb service by knowledgeable and friendly people. Have bought lifts for two houses, a total of 5 lifts, and all are working great.

The noise keeps shifting to the chain
The noise keeps shifting to the chain. First it was in the middle of staircase, then lower. I was told it's the stairs but I live in a newer house than my daughter who happens to have a chairlift. Her's is not top quality & operates smooth and at first it was a rental. Can't say I'm pleased.

A bit bumpy
All in all, I am satisfied, but the place where the rails are joined together, the ride is a bit “rough”. I should notify the installer, but I have not. It was a good thing for my needs. I am glad I did purchase it.
