It was installed with care and is working just as expected.

I had your stair chair lift installed on 20 July and it works very well with only one problem, the seat is too low for me. I called the installation dealer and he promised to have someone come out and make the adjustment in a couple of days. That was three weeks ago and no one has called or shown up to mitigate the problem as of this date. For something that would only take 5 - 10 minutes to rectify I would not think it would be that difficult to have someone come to make the adjustment. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are very pleased with the chair lift. Mick Bricky who installed the chair lift did an excellent job. I am saying this because I was in construction and quality control most of my life. He was very informative in explaining to me how things worked and I appreciate that very much. As far as the chair itself to be honest I think it would have been better if you could have tilted the chair to the 60 degree position and it would go up and down in that position. With my wife’s broken leg in a straight brace it hits the hand rail on the opposite side she has to sit on the 60 degree angle in order to be able to use the chair locked in a 90 degree position. I’m sure there are reasons you might not want to do that. We are making it work. Other than that the chair works great
