Not bad but not great. So far so good. The lift is for my wife who has stage 4 terminal brain cancer. She’s unable to critique. I have Power Of Attorney.

I have been using my chairlift daily since July, 2020 and have been very pleased. Had a minor problem with the seat after about six months. It wouldn’t unfold. Service rep replaced a broken wire and it works fine since. Mechanism does seem to be a little noisy at times.

Over-all we are pleased with the chairlift and the people installing and servicing the lift. We have requested and received assistance when we called the office. A service representative was scheduled in a reasonable length of time per our request. Our lift required a few extra tunings to keep it from squeaking. Our stairway is split in two sections with a landing between both stairways necessitating two separate chairs and lifts. We are very comfortable recommending this lift to family and friends.

I love the equipment and customer service. Installation and timing was professional and acceptable. Installed within hours. I highly recommend this company for your medical assistance, Joyce
