The service was excellent. We needed the stair lift put in quickly and they were able to schedule us in 2 days. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I cannot review the stair lift itself as it has only been used two times. Two days after installation my Mom had to go to the hospital and is in a care facility (temporarily). She is looking forward to using it soon.

The chairlift juts out into my living room. There is a piece that can be moved to open up the area. This piece may be rather hard to move for some people. Otherwise the chairlift is fine. It moves slowly but it probably has to

I am in my 80th year and awaiting a hip replacement. I had a hip collapse and laid on the floor over night. I was taken to hospital by ambulance. I remained in hospital for a month. Hospital would not release me to my home because of too many stairs. Your local representative came highly recommended. Short story; he had a stairlift in stock and soon had it installed in my home. I am now out of hospital, at home and enjoying my stairlift.
