We had a custom lift put in our staircase that has one landing and a 90 degree angle in it. The rep was very thorough with his measurements. He actually came back once more to double check his numbers. It took about 10 weeks to get it. The installation took about 6 hours. The 2 young men were friendly and careful moving about our home. The chair lift itself is very easy to use and quite quiet too. It has opened our home to full use. It is also very unobtrusive on the steps. And our staircase is somewhat narrow since it's an older home. USA made!!

Installation problem
To make this short, because I just try to write a review, I got cut off, so here is a short version, Bruno told me a curbside scooter lift I had in my 2006 Rav 4 would fit a 2018 Rav 4, the Mobility place try to install, after 2 weeks and many calls and many pictures, than said can't do any better, they had to lower my seat remove the arm rest, than I stop over and looked at the problem, and said why is that top bracket so long, why don't we call Bruno and see if they can cut and reweld back together, call Don said it would be very epensive, because I found out the unit and bracket is made by some one else, and also the brackets are all the same, John at Mobility place had a friend cut and reweld bracket 2 inches shorter. Went down to Bruno and showed John and some engineers how it worked with shorter bracket, first thing they said was weld was crooked, I bought the old bracket along to have them cut it off and reweld they said can't to that, they put old bracket back on and made some adjustments, cut off lower bracket for C clamp to pick up scooter, now very hard to install, also now I have to lower handle assy to make clearance to fit the scooter in, remember I'm disabled, I wrote letter to President of company, no response, so quess the wouldn't even try to help, the last e-mail to Don was to have them sent me another top bracket and I will have some else cut and weld, and to have Bruno paid for Mobility place install top bracket, have not hear from Bruno, so if you have a problem with their units, I hope the Hell you don't have a problem like have, because Bruno will help, now i have a vehicle I love that I hate to go anywhere, Eddie

I am a 6'7", 71 year old male
I am a 6'7", 71 year old male, that weighs about 300 Lbs. I have a bad tendency of falling down the stairs to our basement (have done it twice). Our family Doctor had requested that I don't go to the basement, but all my hobbies are in the basement, (Computers, 3D Printer, Electronics). I started researching some way to safely go downstairs. My research covered an Elevator or Stair Lift. I based my decision on Bruno from reading reviews, the marketing of the products and who could perform the installation.
My Bruno Elite Stair Lift was installed about 2 months ago, by Bruno Trained Installers (the only ones authorized to install it) that completed the installation in several hours. Since there is 1 90 degree turn on the stairs the installation was a custom installation.
The Chair itself is comfortable, but being a big man I am a little cramped and have to position myself with my legs to the left side of the seat to travel up and down. The problem with the Stair Lift is my height, long legs and big feet (size 15 shoe), as stated above I position my legs to the left of the seat because my knees would rub against the opposite wall while traveling up and down. The Folding Footrest is too small for me, I can only fit one foot on the footrest, the other is partially on, but I am bigger than most.
Overall the Bruno Elite Stair Lift operates superbly and is comfortable, quiet ride up and down the stairs. The stair lift servers the purpose I purchased it for to safely get down the stairs to my basement. My Doctor is satisfied.

I am quite pleased with the stairlift chair. I've only had the chair for about 6 weeks but so far it is doing great.

The chair takes up little room on my steps, this is good as we sometimes walk up or down. The insulation was clean and was in and out in a couple hours.
I find the track joint is not matched and gives a good bump when passing. Service is coming back and I will discuss this with them. The unit fold well to the wall leaving plenty of space for foot traffic and it is very quite.
Overall I am pleased with my Bruno chair

Our Bruno Elite curved stairlift was…
Our Bruno Elite curved stairlift was installed by Gamburd technicians on 10/19/2021, about 3 weeks ago. So far we like it very much. It was purchased primarily for my wife, who had a hip replacement due to a bad fall. The ride is smooth, and the speed is just right. It took two technicians about two hours to complete the job. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. My only complaint was that I could not find the warranty card in the Operator's Manual they left behind. However, I was able to register online at Bruno.com for my stairlift.
