The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and educated and also excellent teachers.

The installation of 2 straight stairlifts in our split level house took about 3 hours. One of the lifts has a retractable lower section of rail that operates automatically when the chairlift is run. The person who installed them was very professional, and explained how to operate them, reviewed trouble shooting techniques and showed me how to park the systems to conserve battery life if we go away for more than a few days. So far the experience using the lifts has been good, and I would recommend them to others needing help with stairs.

Amazing product works excellent no issues what so ever quality product, by far the best service we have ever received when purchasing an item , l called “Lift Me” in Ringwood they came out that day and installed the following day , amazing service great team great price and so polite and friendly thank you Lift Me

Only one hang up . . . all else GREAT. Twice stops halfway down stairs. Probably operator error! Fiddle with footrest and feet and the 'chariot' continues on down to the bottom. Thanks. This device is worth the price. I consider the price to be reasonable, even with the added cost of an electrician.

The stair lift work but should have a much stronger splice between sections. It really bumps as you ride across the splice. Also, the mounting pads popped and made lots of noise until I sprayed some WD-40 on them. Now it's pretty quiet. The top half lowers at a slower speed than the lower section sometimes. I hope it keeps working.

Chair works great, it's my second and I use it everyday.

Best thing I ever did!

What a terrific product, a lifesaver. The installation was top notch. The installer were very courteous and professional explaining every aspect of the stairlifts. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer and recommend Angel stairs.
