I purchased a used Elan. My experience with Bruno and your local support people was wonderful with the one exception of a revelation that if in the future I needed full support it may be difficult or even impossible. As to the unit, I installed it and it is literally a God send to my wife. Thank you for a wonderful product that will take an enormous anxiety factor out of our lives and likely eliminate a horrible fall.. Installation went well and smooth. Installers knew what they were doing. They were polite and courteous. While they were here my husband tested the Bruno chairlift and it worked great! The Bruno chairlift is a big help for us.
