DON'T BUY - NO FACTORY SUPPORT!!
Had a problem shortly after installation of my Bruno Elite. The stairs made a loud clicking noise when I used the stairlift. The dealer sent a service person and they concluded that the noise that the stairlift was making was from my stairs that need to be reinforced. I hired a contractor to reinforce my stairs, but the noise persisted. I filled-out a service request from the factory and received a notice that my request was in escalation status. On June 12, 2023 the factory responded saying they would contact me shortly--in a day or so. Not hearing from them for 10 days, I sent a request as to when I could expect to hear from them? It is now August 5, 2023, with NO word from the factory--this was an escalated response?? DON'T BUY--NO SUPPORT!

Super Product!
Derrick E was very professional. The install went smoothly and he demonstrated its operation. Very pleased with this product. I do wish Bruno had a selection of seat, arm, and back covers to give it a more 'furniture look' vs a medical looking product.

Salesman Ryan fully explained system. Installer was so nice and professional. Explained everything to us. Our chair lift has worked flawlessly for 2 months. We are very happy with it.

I can now make use of my basement which…
I can now make use of my basement which means treadmill, stationery bike and also get back to sewing, and get to my freezer. I was unable to get back upstairs before the chair. It has improved my health and I can walk better now.

Serves it’s intended purpose It is more awkward to get onto and turn…
It is more awkward to get onto and turn and noisier than expected. It serves the purpose. We asked to have it installed with both handrails left in place. That was a mistake on our part that I wish I could undo. Between that and the fold up rail at the bottom, I think we sacrificed too much stair width for others who opt to use the steps. The stair lift serves the purpose well for which it was purchased.
