The chair is not comfortable

Thomas was great. He came on July 6, 2023, explained everything, and sold us right away on the Bruno Stair Lift. We were also amazed how quickly and expertly our installer, John, did the work. It was installed on July 18 and working in a couple of hours! He did a wonderful job. I love the convenience of sitting down in the garage and floating up to the door into the house. I would definitely recommend the company.

My wife had begun to struggle to get up the stairs. And it was difficult for me to watch, so we bought the stair lift. It makes life so much easier. I was interested in Bruno because it was made in the United States. The rail the chair travels on is made of steel. The unit is very sturdy and the ease if use and safety are thought through to the smallest detail.

Everything went very well with installation and purchase. Seems to be some issues with chair operating but will call for service.

The stairlift has made it possible to easily access both floors of our home -- which is so great. The product is wonderful and works so well. The installer knows the product well and did a great job.

Company Butler was incredible, so nice and knowledable.

Our Bruno stairlift is so easy to use and it's a smooth ride for my husband and me. The guys who installed it were great. We had 2 stairlifts installed. Overall, the price we paid was less than I expected and the product is high quality. The only thing I think would be better would be if the shorter one cost a little less.

Installer kept us updated to status of stair lift. Was on time for installation and did a good job with efficiency. Good clean up after installation. Product is very helpful and accessibly to basement was needed for safe room during storms.k
