Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

You product looked well made and the install campny, Mobility Works, made a very professional presentation.

It's a great v product once it's installed correctly. The first one was either a lemon or installation was wrong. The second one was installed correctly and works great

The installers came and removed all rubber noses from the stairs. They only needed to remove and trim the three that were in direct contact with the stairs. All could then have been replaced.;

A fine purchase and a very helpful acquisition. We are starting with a chair lift for just the 5 steps from our garage floor up to the main level in our house. This lift makes that small climb much safer, and saves me a lot of energy with each use up and down trip, particularly when bringing in groceries, etc. it seems very strong and totally reliable. Bruno does superb design and engineering work, and is a trustworthy military family firm. We plan to buy a 15 step lift from our main level to our lower home level soon, provided the VA will approve helping us with that. It will be identical to our garage entry lift, but 10 steps longer — 15 steps total. That will buy us a lot more freedom and safety. I was a big strong athlete in HS and a buff and tough Marine in Vietnam, but gradually no more as the War has continued to catch up with me. I loved serving in the military, but there has been a price to pay. Semper Fi, and may God bless us all. JC

Rapid response. Expert installation.

Easy to use, Your installer went above and beyond to make sure I understood all operations.

Having this stair lift has relieved the leg fatigue and backpain caused by frequent trips up/down stairs. The ride has a couple slight bumps but the 180 turn around is fun. Service and Sales personnel have been quick to respond and check back occasionally.

Awesome stairlift! This allowed us to get an affordable two story home. High quality and easy to use.
