Great installation——convenient, excellent sales team coordination, good installer

We have 2 staircases, so we installed 2 Bruno stair lifts. Overall, they’ve been very helpful, especially for my wife who continues to experience post-shingles pain which adversely affects mobility. With the stair lift, she can easily get up and down the stairs. The only reason I didn’t give the Bruno 5 stars is that the remote control is quirky, not always working very well.

The gentleman who came to adjust the glide was very thorough and polite. I asked him when it should be oiled again and he said in about a year. He made sure it worked by me riding up and down on the glide. However it has been acting like it didn't want to go but today it seems to be ok.

Salesman/installer was knowledgeable, and thoroughly efficient with installation.

Arrived a week before expected deliovery, installe din half a day, and works well.

From the guy who came out and gave us a quote to the man who did the installation, they were nice and polite and very helpful and informative.

the chair works fine but the joints are rough riding the remote s don't work properly but the installer is working on them
