Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Doug was fabulous to deal with from the initial phone call we made to the final check of the Bruno stairlift! He responded quickly and the lift was installed within days of signing a contract. He and his team adjusted everything perfectly for my tall height so getting on and off is very comfortable for me. Doug is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend having him address all your independent living needs.

My need was urgent and my wife and I had no experience with how to proceed with getting me up just one flight of stairs. We absolutely turned it all over to Bruno and within a week I was actually saving the energy and health I sorely needed for a decent night's sleep.

I love my Bruno stair lift! I'd be lost without it. I wanted a one story home at this stage of my life but the market is too ridiculous where I live. So now I have the use of my whole home again. It's so easey to quickly go up and down whenever I need. Awesome purchase!

I recently had the opportunity to use a Bruno lift for the first time and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the product. Not only was it easy to use, but it provided me with a safe and reliable way to access higher levels without any assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was the excellent build quality of the Bruno lift. It felt sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence that it was a reliable piece of equipment. The design was also very sleek and modern, making it a great addition to any home or business. Another aspect that I loved about the Bruno lift was how easy it was to operate. The controls were simple and straightforward, making it accessible for individuals of all ages and abilities. I was able to control the lift with ease and felt safe and secure throughout the entire ride. But what truly impressed me the most was the level of accessibility and independence that the Bruno lift provided me with. As someone with mobility limitations, I often have to rely on others for assistance. However, with the Bruno lift, I was able to move around my home with ease and without any help. It truly gave me a sense of freedom and boosted my confidence. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention the exceptional customer service that Bruno provides. From the initial consultation to the installation process, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable using the lift before leaving. In conclusion, I highly recommend Bruno lifts to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality mobility solution. Not only are their products top-notch, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you, Bruno, for making my life easier and more independent. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be recommending your lifts to others.

My husband developed a heart condition and we were going to have to move into a one story home to avoid the stairs. Now we can stay in the home we love.
