Overall, the product has been operating very well, the hardware appears solid, no issues in the month we have had it. The installer was knowledgeable and took his time in ensuring that the rail went in correctly. I would recommend this product. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was that the installer, by accident struck my wall with one of the rails and knocked off a small chunk of drywall, which we are fixing, I also would have paid to have 5 supports installed, it is just me, as I look at the long term of the constant use we will do to it, but, I was ensured that four would be enough, time will tell. Again, I would recommend this chair lift.

Donny was great from start to finish. He explained everything and demonstrated once installed. Donny and gentleman who installed was very professional and respectful.

LifeWay Mobility (dealer/installer was very easy to work with. Installation was very carefully done to ensure the stairlift cleared the door jamb at the top of the cellar stairs. The track is also high enough off the cellar floor at the bottom to be above possible moisture. My only suggestion would for the seat more easily lock into transit position after having been swiveled for dismount. It's not a big issue - just a minor annoyance.

Frank Felice and the installers Dave and Eric were great from start to finish. Frank took his time to answer all our questions regarding the stairlift and communicated with us throughout the process. Dave and Eric were professional, courteous and diligent on the installation. They took the time to ask our opinion during the process and explained very simply how to operate the stairlift upon completion.
