I ordered on Black Friday a rather large order and it was shipped and to me in a decent amount of time. I had a separate order a while ago that got lost in the mail and I simply let them know that I had yet received my order and they simply sent me a replacement order and it was at my doorstep within 4 days! Their customer service is amazing! And if their customer service doesn’t help out the CEO and founder of BrüMate will step in and fix the problem. This company is a well oiled machine and I have always had great service!

Brumate is by far my fav! So many great uses & awesome colors! Aside from holiday delays they are normally super fast with great customer service.

I have ordered many products from Brümate and every one has exceeded my expectations. The customer service is excellent. During the crazy shipping of the 2020 holiday season, Brümate was one of the few companies I placed orders with that was completely transparent about shipping delays. They regularly sent emails and updated social media to let their customers know exactly what to expect. They are very responsive and did everything in their power to make sure items got to their customers as soon as possible. I am definitely a loyal Brümate customer as I know I am supporting a company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

Love my Brüs!!! We camp regularly & these are perfect for Texas summers!!! We especially love the Slim, Duo, & Pints. Even got our camping buddies hooked on Brüs!!! Daughter turns 21 next month & we’re getting her the Winesulator gift set!!! Passing on our love for Brüs to the next generation! (Packaging is pretty awesome, too!)

I use this product literally every day of my life I don’t know what I would do without it. I’ve switched over most of my glassware to this company now and I just can’t stand the thought of not having a Brumate in my hand if I’m going to have a cold drink. Or even a warm drink because you can also use it with your coffee! It’s functional and stylish. The customer support is great. The company owner is an amazing man and I’m so proud to support them and own almost every product and rainbow titanium. I tell strangers about it at the pool. I tell my customers at work. I bought one for everyone in my family. I just love it. Amazing product. Great company.

I have only ever had one order (out of probably at least a dozen) that had any issues. Upon emailing customer service, my problem was solved immediately and the missing product was sent. Shipping is always very fast and the responses from customer service representatives are always wonderful on social media. This is one of my favorite companies and products. I will always recommend them!
