I’ve ordered multiple times and have had a great experience each time! I have 19 of my own, plus the BackTap, and have ordered many for gifts. Shipping times were rough at Christmas, and the courier lost one package and another is quite delayed, however after reaching out to both Brumate customer service and Route, things were resolved very quickly. I was refunded and apologized to, and very quickly. Their customer service is unlike any other company I’ve encountered!

I am obsessed with BrüMate! I have at least one of every item they sell. Every single one I get makes me want to buy more. I talk to company up to all of my friends. The products are amazing and exceed my expectations every time!!

I have been ordering through Brumate and telling everyone I know about them. The quality of the cups can’t be beat. I used to use Yeti until I purchased Brumate. They are lightweight and keep my drinks colder longer. Plus I love the selection of styles and colors. I will never go back to ordering anything else.
