Love love love this company. Even though there were issues with shipping during the holdiay season, they were always up front and extremely helpful. I’ve ordered so much from them and have never had an issue with anything.

I’ve been supporting Brumate over the past 3 maybe 4 years? Over the years I truly expected customer service too drop a little, the customer’s experience will be harder as the company is expanding so fast but not one things has changed and that’s why I’m still here. I couldn’t be more grateful for the team and the brand making sure that it has stayed this way. I can’t wait for the future with Brumate and icy cold drinks or perfectly hot during the cold ✨

I’ve purchased numerous products from this company. I was completely satisfied with my slim (and still am). However, I’ve had a few bad experiences as well. First, I decided to give the pint a try. The lids are cheap and break easily. Second, I bought a wine set (wine flask and cups). The lids on the wine tumblers are just as cheap as the ones on the pints. Nonetheless, they make decent gifts so I bought some gifts for the in-laws. Made the purchase in November 2020 but the package didn’t arrive until well after Christmas. I expressed my frustration with customer service and received a bunch of automated responses. When I did get a response from an actual person, they complained back to me saying they also had a bad Christmas because of the shipping debacle. They did refund me 20% of the order but I still showed up to Christmas at the in-laws’ house with no gifts. THANKS BRUMATE. I’m not saying I wouldn’t buy from them again, but I am saying that I wasn’t satisfied with how that situation was handled.

The most amazing company!! This is probably my all time favorite company! The products are amazing and the owner is one of the best. Very honest company and most fantastic Customer Service. Over the holidays, one of my orders was stuck and roaming the east coast with what is the worst shipping company in the world almost! My package wandered around for about 6 weeks! But we were kept updated on our orders and I eventually got my order in time for Christmas! That’s the only bad experience I had with Brumate and it was the shipping company's fault and not their's. I have placed at least 15 orders now and will forever be a Brumate fan!!!

I first ordered from Bru Mate almost a year ago. I’ve ordered 3-4 more times since then. Most recent order was placed night of 12-26-20. Got an email it shipped 12-29 and I received it 1-4-21 which was a day earlier than estimated. Their products are top notch and beautiful! I now own over 12 pieces plus I have bought a few as gifts. I’ve always been quite impressed with the sturdy shipping and beautiful packaging. I’m always excited to see what new colors and products they come out with!

I absolutely love Brumate, the products are amazing and top notch. Customer Service is out of this world. The only complaint I have is the shipping fiasco for Black Friday as it took 6 weeks for delivery.
