I ordered Christmas gifts 11/28 and didn’t receive them until 12/21 because I had to ask for a replacement. I would’ve been patience but we were going out of town to be with family. When we returned I found my original order that was delivered Christmas Eve. I would’ve given 3 stars based off the shipping but I love this company and they came through with my replacement order. Thank you!

I love Brumate! They work incredibly, I've left a drink in a slim brumate on a fireplace for 4 hours and it was still cold! Not only is the product great, the company is as well. From sales, VIP discounts and prompt replies to any order issues, I always feel confident ordering from them!

Brümate is more than a great product, it is an excellent brand and company with staff that take personal responsibility for the quality of the product and the customer experience. I could not be happier with the products I have purchased! Will be purchasing more in the future and I'm always getting compliments on my current collection. There was some shipping issues around the holidays in 2020 but the staff worked around the clock to try and get everything resolved and did an outstanding job.

Great customer service! I had to file a claim with Route (the shipping insurance company that Brümate uses) because the shipping company lost my package and it wasn't going to be delivered on time for Christmas. The same day I filed the claim (really within an hour or two), Brümate approved it and shipped out a replacement express shipping. All other contact I've had with the company has been extremely prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

I love Brumate. I have never had an issue. My recent purchase came defective and I emailed and it was answered within the hour and 24 hours I have a new cup on the way.
