Great products that look FANTASTIC! All my friends and family get them as gifts.

I got my first Brümate the end of 2019. A Pint in the colour rose gold. I fell in love immediately. The colour is spectacular, it sparkles in the light. They also have a rubber pad on the bottom to make them super sturdy and slip free. I rarely knock a drink over now! The best part though is how long my drinks keep their temperature. I can leave a drink in my car on a hot day for HOURS and come back and it's still got lots of ice in it. Not to mention you can leave one filled with ice on your counter for three days and still have ice. I've burnt my mouth on my drink two hours after filling my cup. They also have top notch customer service. They go above and beyond to solve issues, they own mistakes and they are just down right awesome. I now have a vast collection in the most beautiful colours. There are so many options and colours to choose from. There is something for everyone. Great for kids and they make the perfect gifts. They truly bring me joy. I highly recommend.

I ordered a 5 Brumates during their Black Friday Sale. It took a month for me to get them due to some issues with a third party shipping company they used and not due to their negligence. Brumate’s constant communication with me about my order definitely made up for the wait. I will continue to be a Loyal Customer.

Love this company and their products!! Ordered several cups last minute for gifts and they arrived in time and were amazing as always. So affordable and do the job. Cold drinks stay cold and hot drinks stay hot. I couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor and jump on the Bru Mate wagon. You won’t regret it.

Over the holidays I placed two separate orders and both I received within 3days of ordering. I was amazed on how great the service was especially seeing all the delays other people were having. One item was opened on December 28th as a birthday gift once opened we realized it was the wrong item. Winesulator version2 was ordered but received version1 which you can’t use the accessories with. Customer service responsed on the 1/2/2021 because of the holidays and corrected the mistake and had in my hands by 1/6/2021. Love how they care about the customers.

I’ve ordered over a dozen times from Brümate in the last year: I’ve had two minor issues, and both were solved quickly and graciously by their customer service. Recently, I placed a Cyber Monday order as part of my holiday shopping, and like thousands of Americans, experienced delivery delays as the top shipping companies struggled to handle an unprecedented volume of deliveries from ALL retailers, nationwide. In the midst of this carrier snafu, Brümate was the only company I personally received communication from regarding order delays. Their entire team, from the CEO down, went above and beyond to keep customers informed and to try to alleviate those worried or angry about possibly missing Christmas gifts. I mean, what other company have you seen the CEO inviting people to message him personally on multiple platforms to try to locate or expedite an order? 2020 oddities aside, Brümate products are top quality, hence why I keep ordering them! They’re not just functional they’re good looking too: I’ve gotten rid of plastic tumblers, ceramic mugs, and most of my glass bar ware and replaced them with Brümate. Drinks stay hot and cold for hours: it’s become a fun pastime to use my infrared thermometer to show off the temperature over periods of time. Additionally, Brümate fosters a community of positive support and friendship among its fans. I could go on much longer about my experiences, but take it from me, just being a part of that community has made a profound impact on me during the calamity of 2020.

I have never had an issue with my order getting here in time, except for when I ordered during their Cyber Monday sale. I waited around for a few weeks before I started receiving emails from Dylan (the owner) about problems with shipping. I emailed them and they told me too file a claim and it would be shipped right out. I had placed my claim on a Thursday and by Sunday I had my order!! I was so impressed! I have ordered since then and have not had any problems! I really do love Brümate!! They are AMAZING!
