I love all my Brumates!!! I ordered at the end of November for Christmas presents, Unfortunately the shipping company they used fell off the ball and delayed shipping for many customers. The Bru Crew was great at informing their customers about the situation and tried their best to resolve everyone’s issues. I did end up filing a claim with their “Route” protection and immediately got a replacement order to me since it was taking so long. I am happy to report I received both orders just before Christmas and instead of being an ungrateful customer I contacted customer service and told them I would be happy to keep the replacement order and pay for it. They immediately emailed me an invoice to pay and added in a big fat discount on top of it. In summary I feel like they have a great product and great customer service as well. Thanks Bru Crew for making our Christmas better!!

I love these products and this company! I’ve placed many orders and have only once had a shipping issue. The way customer service and the CEO himself handled the issue was just something you don’t see any more. I highly recommend buying for yourself and others. The customer service is top notch and they care about the customer, something that’s gotten lost in big business. I can’t say enough good things about BrüMate! I will definitely continue to purchase these products not only for myself but as gifts!

Highly recommend Brumate. These products are second to none. They are exactly as described. The variety of products and colours available is amazing. The customer service is friendly, helpful and efficient. The fact that the CEO is constantly in contact with customers speaks volumes about how much he cares about his company and his customers. As an Australian customer ordering from the US site, patience is a virtue while waiting for the products to arrive, but it’s worth the wait. Establishing an Australian warehouse is a huge bonus for us Aussies.

I love my Brümates and tell everyone I can about them to the point my family is obsessed with them as well now and spreading the word lol. The one time I had to contact customer service I had actually made a mistake but they were so great and accommodated me anyway and the response was lightning fast. Shipping is always super fast with the exception of one order I made during this whole COVID-19 debacle which was a Pitney Bowes issue not a Brümate issue. I cannot recommend this company enough and can’t wait to get my order that’s currently in transit :)

These products are amazing and honestly, gorgeous, which unfortunately, makes them addicting! Hands down best and most fashionable way to drink beverages!
