I’ve always had a great experience with brumate! I have bought many products from them and only one time I had a little issue where I ordered something and then after my order was confirmed, the item said it was sold out and my shipping information took forever to be emailed to me. I ended up emailing them about the situation and they let me know that the item was out of stock and that they could send me another item instead so I was able to pick another item in replace and they sent everything to me right away after that. I use my products everyday and I love to give them as gifts too!

This company really stands by their customers and does literally everything in their power to make things right. Their response rate is quicker than average, and won’t back down till the issue is resolved. This is one reason I have remained fully loyal to this company

Brumate has always made any issues I’ve had right, as quickly as possible. Shipping can be slow during busy times, but that is not the fault of brumate. I’ve always been kept well informed of any delays, and the company has always made it right. The products are more than well worth the wait!
