Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Everything I’ve ordered is high quality and ships quickly. They package everything beautifully so the products are safe in transit and the products themselves are just outstanding. I keep giving them as gifts and everyone loves them!

Brümate is such a wonderful company! Their products are amazing (truly keep beverages colder than anything else I’ve used) and absolutely beautiful. In addition to their high quality products, their customer service is impeccable. I had an issue with a gift I ordered in December and they shipped me a replacement item immediately.

I’ve purchased brumates from local stores and online 4 times in the last 5 months. I found brumate customer service to be excellent and very fast at responding vis email. I didn’t love one of the colors I picked out and they credited me for the return to pick something else out before they received the order back. I love the quality of their products and use them every day!

Awesome product! Awesome customer service!

This is an amazing company with amazing products, keeps it cold and keeps it hot all while looking and feeling good in the hand, I push them to all my friends and family and we enjoy them

Even with delayed shipping for the holidays, the customer service was great and they were very responsive and helpful in all the emails! My package came in perfectly and I love using my new Brumate!

I recommend Brumate to everyone I know. Good quality products and an innovative company. Even with the shipping issues where I’m sure they probably lost a lot of money, they replaced my lost order no questions asked. I will be a loyal customer to Brumate for years to come!
