Amazing product! I have about a dozen of them!!!

Amazing products & amazing customer service. I bought my first product almost 2 years ago now and have never looked back. I’ve since made multiple orders and use them as gifts because they are so amazing. Even when ordering off the US website I usually only wait around max 2 weeks for delivery to AUS. Would recommend this brand to anyone and everyone

I’ve been using Brümate products for over 2 years now and I will continue to use them for as long as they make them. From the amazing founder Dylan, to their outstanding customer service, and amazing colors and patterns to choose from, you can honestly never go wrong. Their products keep your drinks ice cold for hours even in the dead heat of summer and hot in the deep cold of winter. I absolutely recommend these to anyone and everyone!!

Brumate has always been an AMAZING company! I've placed several orders over the last year and have never been disappointed. Even through 2020s shipping disasters nationwide, Brumate employees and even Dylan, the owner, were quick to help track orders and get missing items replaced. Love love love this company and how they represent and conduct themselves and the interaction with their clients!

I have ordered from Brumate a lot. (Too many times if you ask my husband 🤣) their product is great, when I’ve had an issue with a product, they’ve fixed it. They are even making different lids so they are spill proof. They listen to their customers, when a suggestion is made (such as the lids) and straws and colors, they actually take that into consideration. I did have an order issue, I ordered December 4 and that order is still showing in transit. Brumate was very up front about having an issue with Pitney Bowes that they contracted and they gave me all the information I needed to make sure I still got my items on time. I did purchase the route shipping protection (for $0.99, why wouldn’t I, especially at Christmas?) After the 8 Days of it not moving at all, I filed a claim with route and had a new order, with express shipping, headed my way in a couple hours and it came in plenty of time. I’ve even placed an order (and received it since). I will absolutely continue to purchase these products.

Our brumate experience has been amazing. We immediately ordered many more of brumates products as soon as our first order arrived due to the quality and style of our items. We will definitely be buying more soon!

THE ELITE ⭐️ I have numerous BrüMate products. My first was the Trio and I loved it. On the lake during July in Kentucky and my drinks NEVER got warm! Afterwards I have ordered various items and gifts and the EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DELIVERY. Ordered gifts for Christmas and there was a shipping issue that was addressed IMMEDIATELY and I CAN’T WAIT TO ORDER AGAIN. Replaced “other products” with BRÜMATE because the BEST IS WHAT YOU GET ALL AROUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY 100%
