Absolutely obsessed. Ordered 7 on my first order as gifts for all my bridesmaids for our wedding. Got them in and super in love and want to buy them all now 😍. Great company ran by great people with a great customer care team!

First off everything we have bought from Brümate is amazing! Second their customer service is better than the best! Have a problem they will fix it and communicate the solution to you as quick as they can!! Brümate is a top tier company

I placed 2 orders on 11/27 and didn't receive the first order till 12/17 and the other finally showed up 12/31. I love the products themselves and have never had an issue with customer service in the past. But this go around I reached out regarding the status of my order I was basically told it was issues with the shipping company they used and to just wait as it had shipped. Very disappointed with how they handled the problems with shipping around a holiday by just saying to wait and see if it shows up. I was not offered any refund for my order or a discount for the inconvenience of not having gifts for christmas.

Love my Brumates. My kids love them so much I will actually have to order more as they have staked claim on mine! Shipping took a tad longer than normal but I’m in Canada and it was during the holidays and the crazy pandemic shipping frenzy... but the product is so worth it I don’t even mind waiting. Will be ordering again

I got my first Brümate as a gift and was immediately hooked! I've given a few as gifts, bought myself and hubby a few more. Planning on getting one for my 7yo this summer. Everything stays cold (or hot) for hours!
