I received my first "gateway" bru for my birthday in August. After I realized how amazing they are I have almost all of them and have given over 25 of them as gifts. The VIP group is like a family and its fun to see all of the different uses!!

Got some Brumates as gifts for family this past Christmas. Some holiday shipping fiasco caused me not to get them until after Christmas but brumates excellent customer kept us informed every step of the way and accommodated me generously for the slow delivery- which was not even their fault! These are great. They keep my drinks cold for a long time. I just started using my Highball for hot tea and it’s perfect. I love the entire collection. I find that the hardest thing is making up my mind which color and style to get. Great customer service as well - they stand by their customers.

Honestly with the holidays I was very pleased with the timing that took to get my stuff we literally ordered right before thanksgiving and had it the first of December. Very pleased once all of my stuff arrived this has been my second order from them and I definitely plan on buying lots more!!!

Customer service is phenomenal and bend over backward to satisfy their customers. They offer ship insurance which covers your order until it is in your hands.
