I saw an ad last year on Facebook and hesitantly bought 3 for Christmas. I kept one for myself and let me tell you, we are all hooked!! I have the glitter charcoal slim and it keeps my ultras so cold! I also have the onyx leopard print in imperial pint and uncorked and I am legit, obsessed. I love this print, but more importantly the pint is my go to water drink every day. It keeps my water SO cold. There was still ice in the cup from the night before!! I don’t want to use regular glasses anymore! Can’t wait to add to my collection!

Awesome products!! I will never buy another cup from anywhere else! Just like every other company I ordered from during the holidays the shipping was a little slow but it was the only time I’ve EVER had slow shipping with Brumate so I definitely don’t blame them for the issue. It was definitely an issue that was because of the pandemic - totally out of their control!

This company is here for its customers. When they had delivery delays due to no fault of their own (holiday/postal issues), they personally reached out to me and many others to apologize and also gave alternative options to help us out if we really needed our products faster! Pretty badass Customer Service! The products I've received are always the best! Love all the options and beautiful colors! Brumate never fails to make their Brufamily happy!

I have made several purchases from Brumate and they have always exceeded my expectations. They had some shipping issues around the holidays, as did most companies. They have amazing customer service, and are constantly asking for feedback from their loyal customers. I currently have 2 packages on their way from them now! Can’t wait for them to get here to add to my Bru collection.
