Pitney Bowes is a joke. Thank you Brumate for letting them go and banning them. This company is the best. Customer service outranks any other. Yes I ordered on November 30 and didn’t receive my order. Turned it in to insurance and received it a week later. Which was on dec 30. I just now received my original order 4 days after insurance. Rest assured everyone this has never happened before. Love Love Love Brumate, customer service and my new huge brufamily.

BrüMate is hands down the best product on the market with the best customer service. Professional, caring, and courteous. This company stand behind their gorgeous products and actually listens to their customers. I’m definitely a convert and a Brüdict (BrüMate addict) for life! At least it’s a healthy addiction! Huge thanks to Dylan and his company for producing high quality products.

I ordered a few Brus as last minute Christmas gifts for our neighbors whom which we’ve started a Brumate fueled, driveway drinking cult lol. They came in a reasonable time and made the perfect gifts. Thanks for making a great product and customer service!

Truly love my bru’s!! My addiction to them was by being gifted a pint. I fell in love instantly. They are great cups to keep your drinks cold or hot for HOURS on end. Much better than yeti. My favorite tho is likely the trio!! What a versatile piece of drinkware! My sparkling waters stay ice cold with the puck and it makes for an awesome cup too!!! I’ve had the very best shopping experience with Brumate and always receive my orders in a timely manner!

These products and the owner and his employees are amazing. Drinks/ice stay cold longer than you could even imagine. When shipping issues happen the employees are so great at keeping you update on step-by-steps and assisting you with any issues. When shipping issues happen, I highly recommend purchasing the shipping insurance, because with these times we are in, it is needed. And BrüMate takes the extra steps even when it is out of their hands. Love these products and the company itself ❤
