Do not order from here - terrible customer service and shipping. Took 4 weeks for it to be delivered and they blame USPS during the holidays when every other retailer dealt with the same issue but delivered on a timely basis. Won't own up to a bad logistics decision by using a 3rd party company... Should refund everyone shipping costs. Company also muted commenting on their instagram posts. Pretty sure they also only post 5 star reviews on their site.

Do not buy from Brumate. I placed an order on November 23rd and never received my package. Every time I tried to speak with someone about updates, I just received an automated email response. At no point in time did I even speak with anyone, even though I sent countless emails. Every response back was the same generic automated response and it said the same thing. After 30 days of not receiving my package, I requested a full refund, which I did receive. I just don’t understand how a company like this doesn’t have a customer service team to speak with.

I like the product, received a Hopsulator Slim from my neighbor to hold White Claw and it works great. Jumped at the chance to order the Margtini Trio set on sale. Had some questions but after MUCH searching and sending emails, I realized there are ZERO contact numbers to speak to anyone. No step to "review" the order, it just get placed immediately. Received the order quickly, but one item is damaged. Do I have to return all three items? Can they just ship the damaged lid? Who knows? I sent a msg to "sales@brumate" but it's highly unlikely the "Sales" team will be interested in fixing a problem. Lesson learned. Will go back to using Yeti where I can buy locally and check out the products before purchasing.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered two products on December 4th with expedited shipping. I still have not received my orders, there is no phone number associated with this company and they send automated emails blaming COVID for their failures.

If I could give zero stars I would and that may sound cliche but seriously this is the worst company I have EVER ordered from, their product really isn’t that great to even bother with....I order a present early in November and it is now the day after Christmas and I still haven’t received my present or even a date that it will even arrive if it ever does!! AND after many emails to them they are still refusing to refund my money and to accommodate me till sometime in January ! Horrible customer service....over priced for really no reason..total thieves...seriously don’t waste your time or money.

UPDATE: I did eventually get the items I ordered - a week after Christmas so it took over a month to get and they still had never responded to my email. I won’t order from them again. I placed an order on 11/27 for 3 Christmas presents and it’s Christmas Day and I still have not received. Their tracking number keeps giving different dates for estimated delivery but then keeps getting pushed back. I sent an email to them about 10 days ago with no response.

Do not order from Brumate. I placed an order on Black Friday and it has not arrived yet. I bought the Route insurance by mistake but then thought I was lucky because they were going to ship the order to me express mail but that turned out to be false. They claim it it in transit and will not do anything until Dec 26 and who knows what will happen then. This was a big mistake. I cannot tell you about the product but the customer service is terrible. I know they are having issues but these issues have been going on for weeks with them. Instead of stopping sales and catching up on the customers that they are screwing, they continue to sell to new customers. This should be illegal!

Anyone order during Black Friday 2020? Every bad review from Black Friday is TRUE. They say the insurance will express ship you your order if lost. Purchased on 11/27/20 and still nothing despite promises from Brumate. They don't care. Guarantee is worthless. No contact info for company. They say bad shipping but have had plenty of time to fix. Will never order from them again. Very very unhappy and no Xmas gifts for family. Terrible. They take your money and do Nothing.
