The product is good. The issue I have is that I tried to exchange one out of the 4 I bought because it was leaking. They want me to provide a video of the leaking to approve the exchange but the handy man already left and disconnected it. So now I have a spray bidet that I will have to throw away because it is leaking and I spent $80.00. Keep in mind I bought 4 total! As well as paying the handyman to install then uninstall!

These bidet attachments to your existing toilet seat are brilliant. I bought two for our new house because our bathrooms did not have power outlets to hook up our more expensive powered bidet seats. I will never go back. Simple, easy to install, effective and brilliant. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

July 1, 2025. I received my omigo luxury bidet seat CMAO. Purchased for 479.00. Worked well, however it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I contacted them , and they said it’s in year 2?of the warranty, you will have reduced costs, it was still going to be over 100.00, Not the response I thought I would get. Basically I have a 500.00 heated toilet seat. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM BRONDEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. They wanted to charge me 50.00 in shipping, they were at fault, stay clear from BRONDEL

My Swash 1400 Bidet is the best way I've upgraded my bathroom. Plus, their 1% for the Planet partnership makes you feel like you're making the right purchase in my opinion

I purchased a Brondell EcoSeat bidet toilet seat from Lowe's Home Improvement. The toilet seat does not stay up without holding it. While women might not mind this, for a man, it's a no-go. Also, the t-valve that is included is of poor quality and leaks. The washer that came with it is of poor quality and no matter how hard I tighten the nut, it leaks. So I purchased a different product off Amazon and it works perfectly. I tried to return the Brondell seat to Lowe's but they would not take it because it's considered a bio-hazard (because I tried to install it). Lowe's told me I would have to contact Brondell for a refund but that didn't work out. They said they only provide replacements and would not refund me my money. So I'm stuck with a bidet seat that I do not want. Companies should stand behind their product and offer a refund if the company is not satisfied. I will not be doing any business with Brondell in the future.

Purchased the Brondell Swash Ultra-Thin C2200 (Round) from Costco, October 2024. Issues from day one: no manual included, and one of the four underside cushions was missing on delivery. The remaining cushions have never stayed attached — a recurring problem since purchase. Most seriously: the seat itself has cracked down the center of the rear side under normal use. To be clear, this is the seat, not the lid/cover. Contacted customer service and found them indifferent and condescending, with no real effort to resolve anything. Poor build quality and poor support. Would not recommend.

The Brondell CL150 is piece of junk with terrible installation instructions to match. The instructions suggest that the bushings for mounting the seat to the toilet go through the top - which is not possible, installation from the bottom requires application of serious compression. Once you get over this hurdle you need to deal with the junky hardware. The seat slips - alot. Tightening the screws does not help. STAY AWAY
