Easy access to the website and easy…
Easy access to the website and easy navigation. The product arrived earlier than expected, was easy to install and works great. It replaced a previous model we had and this one is more streamlined and we actually like it a lot better than the previous model.

My product under counter RO
My product, an under counter RO is working well. Any needs I have called about were immediately taken of in a kindly fashion, like helping me correct a wrong filter replacement order and getting the right one ordered. I have needed to call in several times and was always met with kind, professionalism.

The toilet seat is hard to clean
The toilet seat is hard to clean. There is a ridge on the inner rim that gets clogged with body secretions, and I can't get it clean. Is there a better, newer, compatible seat?

Heated toilet seat- this is the second…
Heated toilet seat- this is the second one we have ordered. Nice to have if the bathroom has cold tile . This is a good brand our first toilet seat lasted almost 10 years without any problems.
