Ordered 24 bottle beer for sons birthday. Issues with delivery via USPS. They wont upgrade to UPS even though I offered to pay. Shipment was stuck in Atlanta. Finally arrived. Only 17 bottles individually wrapped by USPS in the box. Customer Service was good all things considered. But even if everything was perfect, you are getting 24 bottles of basic domestic beer in a cardboard box for around $100. No small batch craft beers or anything unique. So about 5x the cost of a case of average everyday beer shipped in a cardboard box. Sadly unimpressive as a gift. 😕

Was looking for a unique gift to send to my brother and found it here. It was great to be able to order it and get it shipped in plenty of time for his Birthday. It arrived well package and my brother was thrilled to receive it. We definitely consider order products for special occasion as gifts too.

This company is horrible. I purchased a certain bourbon for my son. We are from Kentucky (the bourbon state) and they sent a generic Irish whiskey. Anyone that knows bourbon, knows that it is not the same as Irish whisky. When I contacted them, they asked for pics only to then say that it was replaced with a comparable liquor because they were out of the one I chose. They said I agreed to a substitution when I bought the basket. Yes, to a comparable one which this was not. They are going against their own policy and also need to know what inventory they have instead of selling something they do not have. They would make no refunds or replacements. It is a very shady company. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I am so disappointed in the Brocrates company. The crate which came as a cutting board with items from the Dollar Store!!! My friend is a VP of a major tech company. I gave clear instructions for it to shipped directly to my friend by Aug. 11 and it arrived to my address today! Smuckers Jelly and Crunch-n-Munch!! I want a full refund!

My son loved the Guinness gift box that he received for his 40th Birthday! When the balloon popped out of the box was a nice touch and added to the surprise! Thank you for helping me make his day special!

Gift arrived late, and in a flimsy cardboard box with no branding. My husband had no idea it was even a gift until he opened it to find random, cheap and unpopular beers packed in wet peanuts with a broken Bud Lime bottle. Multiple attempts at a refund or replacement were met with sorry excuses and no resolution. I was actually embarrassed by the quality of gift I sent my husband for his 50th birthday. Customer service should be ashamed.

Ordering was easy peasy. Tax reimbursement was very simple. My lack of 5 stars comes from 3 other components. 1. Not anticipating the arrival date and shipping later than should have. Boxes were ordered 3 weeks ahead of time. We ordered 30 boxes for 8 locations and it created a logistical nightmare since they didn't arrive on time due to a late shipping dates. 2. There was nothing keeping it "cool". Although it can be shelf stable meats & cheeses. Its going from NJ to FL in the heat of Summer and the cheese melted and some of the meats looked questionable and couldn't be gifted. 3. Just from an aesthetics approach, the boxes also don't look like the pictures. It shows the brown craft paper and a nice selection and it was large white styrofoam cheetos and lower quality overall.
