The Brocrate was a perfect birthday gift for my former husband. His brother was in town for a visit and my son joined the for a few brewskies. He appreciated the gift. I can’t say how good the beer was but it was a nice idea. Unfortunately, the box arrived later than expected.

Your website is very easy to navigate for products and to place orders. Customer service assisted with questions on items and I especially appreciated Charlito following up immediately when my order experienced a delivery delay by the carrier. Fortunately it was delivered the next day. My recipient loved their gift Very much appreciated!

Complete bait and switch! The website description and what you receive are 1000% not even close. No whiskey; only the glasses, and every other item in the "crate" is replaced with expired grocery store items. Customer service will double down on their right to replace items as needed. Would never suggest using them under any circumstances.

I ordered a gift basket back in early August to be delivered on August 27th. Nothing. Shipping was terrible. Tracking was terrible. I asked for it to be reshipped. Still nothing. The customer service rep i was emailing was really nice. I finally asked for a refund. It took about a week to receive that. I really wish I could have received the beer. It was a cool gift. They probably should ship through the USPS. I really dont recommend purchasing anything from this company. It seems like they really need to work out their shipping methods and tracking in their website was very inconsistent. I received an email yesterday saying my package was gonna be delivered that day. I wasn't expecting anything. I'm just glad I was able to get my refund.

Everything was great and arrived on time...Thank You

I did not receive what I ordered! A substituted 75% of what I wanted with items that were not nearly as nice and were much cheaper quality. Do not order from these people because they do nothing when you call to complain, except say that they can apparently substitute anything without your knowledge and you’re supposed to be ok with it.
