We were very happy with our purchase, the price was right, financing options were good and we were very pleased with their customer service, we would definitely encourage others to use Broadmoor.

Was great when we bought our travel trailer . There customer service after sucks the people in parts were great tried to do what they could to help me but getting people to call you back is impossible they are to busy to care of you after the sell.

The sales side of the business was fantastic. The service department could careless about your problems and time.

I am from Minnesota and bought a Glacier Peak 5th wheel from Broadmoor RV's web site. I paid the price Broadmoor RV was asking in December of 2016 and they offered to hold the fully paid for unit on their lot until I was able to travel to Washington to pick up in April 2017 (3.5 months). Pick up experience was cold and seemingly unappreciative for someone that bought a brand new unit and traveled over 1600 miles to pick up. Broadmoor was advertising a promotional offer on solar panels for customers that picked their unit on the day I picked my unit up. Marta told me I did not qualify cause I had gotten such a great deal. My unit was retrieved from the "pre-delivery walk thru area" and dropped in the lot across the street, and BOOM, I was pariah as I had to hunt someone down to at least advise me that me unit was hooked up properly so I was safe to drive back for the first time hauling a fifth wheel to Minnesota. The transition from customer to "has been" was black and white and immediate! WOW!

Totally loved doing business with this company and recommend them to everyone who admires our RV. They gave us the best deal (by far) of every dealer we talked to. Not only was the sales experience totally positive, but their service and set-up staff are extremely personable and thorough.

Very friendly and helpful. . Worked with me on my new rig. Also fair on price... service has bee good.. just sometimes takes longer than I think it should. But that could be just me.. overall I recommend them for your RV needs in the tri cities area..

Rating based on dealings with salesman and the delivery process - can't speak to service since I'm out of the area and will get service elsewhere. Salesman gave me the best price he could, beat the other dealers by quite a bit, and the purchase went through with no surprises. Paid what we were quoted and the unit is exactly as described
