Fred was very helpful and showed us different 5th wheels that our half ton pickup could pull. We then bought a one ton pickup and again, Fred was very helpful. We decided on a 5th wheel to buy. He set us up to get the hitch installed and the 5th wheel ready for us to take. Everyone was very nice throughout the entire process.

Our salesman, Fred Davenport, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He made numerous trips to the trailer we eventually bought to help answer our questions and to help us visualize what was possible. We have worked with numerous salespeople (this is our 5th travel trailer) and Fred was by far the most knowledgeable of his inventory. Dealing with Fred and the Broadmoor crew was straightforward, clear, tactful, and an experience based on compromise. We are pleased with the product and with Fred and Hector, who provided the final walkthrough.

Good overall service. At delivery the shop guy broke our door holder. Didn't notice or admit to it. Also there is a smell of propane in the unit when it heats. Not sure what to do there. The rest of the sales experience went well.

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. They worked with us to help us find what we were looking for. We had done business with Broadmoor several years ago and felt sure that was the place we wanted to do business. When someone has been honest with you in the past, you are more willing to have trust in them. This proved to be true.

Sales experience was alright but we are we are still waiting on some fixes promised on the rv we purchased. Bathroom door on brand new trailer was scratched and is suppose to be replaced and rubber grommets on cooktop were missing and are suppose to be sent but we still have not receiver or heard when to expect them.

Unfortunately I delt with three different salesman . Of course I was looking with the first one and when he wasn’t available the second time in I had a new salesman. Both were polite and eager to show me what was there. The third time I had a very eager young man as neither of the other two were available. He went the second mile with me and I purchased from him. In the end he didn’t get credit and I was to deal with the first two salesman if there was a need. I find that sad but I’m sure they had their reason. My biggest issue is that there were found two major issues that would of kept me from purchasing. Neither were fixed a week later during a walk through. One had been glued and was evident. They agreed to fix the issues.........they stated both propane bottles would be filled and were not. Little things but important things.
