Our experience at Broadmoor RV was great.

The store had a large selection of RVs. Scott, in the Service Department has been very helpful in answering our questions even long after we brought our RV home.

From Bim and Ryan everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and professional.

Brad Trumpy answered all my questions when I went in, took the time to show me both the travel trailers I wanted to see and worked with me on the sale without being pushy. When it was time to pick it up, the associate took me thru the trailer on a walk through answering all questions, and ordered a replacement door from the bath to the bedroom as the one in it was marred up. I will definitely go back for any products needed and repair work. If I decide to buy another trailer I will be sure to use Brad again.

They were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We had a small issue with a switch not working and they took care of it during our walk through before we ever took it home. Joe in Service is awesome!!

Sales person looked hard to find what we were looking for. She showed other options but we didn’t feel pressured. Finance woman could smile a bit more. They seemed to have overbooked the walk throughs during pickup on Saturday even though we had an appointment.

We were from out of town and bought a brand new fifth wheel that unfortunately had several quality control issues from the factory. On the spot, the entire service team jumped into action to fix the problems and we were on our way home same day. Most impressive maintenance/service facility I've seen at an RV dealership. From sales to owner, the staff is very professional and customer oriented. The warranty department has been aces, providing delivery of warranteed parts to our every changing travel destination. Wouldn't hesitate to return to Broadmoor RV Superstore for another new purchase or service!

Our experience at Broadmoor RV began with Dave Hart. He was our pilot all the way through sales, service, and parts. He even called us on his day off to let us know the day to pick up our RV was on schedule. Dave was very professional and honest. JT in finance was personable and thorough in his work. There were a few things that were not done on our walkthrough day but the next day they were with Dave’s help. Bill was a great help with some questions about our hydraulic stabilizers and did some quick adjustments on a few other things. His knowledge and quick work got us on the road very soon. Scott at the service desk was a great help getting us in and out quickly upon our visit. Broadmoor RV is s big place with a personal touch. They are willing and able to help with questions and problems as a company should be with their job not ending with the sale. We recommend Broadmoor RV for your RV needs! Mark and Carrie Wanke
