Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck.Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually.The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. We have made two purchases of travel trailers at Broadmoor, a 2021 Jayco Eagle and a 2023 Jayco Eagle. Before you ask, the 2023 was a replacement for the 2021, which a different dealership (in no way, shape, or form, related to Broadmoor) managed to turn some cosmetic warrenty work into a fully non-functional trailer. The Broadmoor team made it right. They took back the 21, at above trade value, and got us into the 23 in 2 days, we were crushed for time and they got us on the road so we could catch up with our reservations (we are spending 6 months in the trailer snowbirding). Eder, Jayson, John, and all of the service team ROCKED the world getting the new trailer prepped for departure. If you want a dealership that CARES about you and how much an RV is a part of your lifestyle, then this is where you want to go. They don't just have a customers, they have customer relationships!! The RV world will know how great Broadmoor is, because we WILL share this story with all the RVers we meet over the coming years. THANKS TO BROADMOOR for saving our winter adventure!!! Luis did a good job coordinating the purchase. Most of the sales dialogue was conducted via phone since I was living out of state. His follow up and coordination of getting the options installed prior to me picking up the unit, made the sale and delivery of the unit go smooth. Joe did a pretty good job with the delivery "walk-thru" but omitted covering several items that I did not realize until after taking possession of the unit. He did not discuss setting up the router. Manuals for the self-leveling system were not included with the rest of the appliance documentation included with the unit.

Cold weather camping has a charm all it's own - you should give it a try! But if you are going to wait make sure to plan ahead, some places fill up fast!! Glad we were able to be part of this adventure :)
