Broadmoor RV purchase 4 stars
Broadmoor RV was easy to deal with and very good communication. Negotiating the purchase price was solid and fair with very little wasted time. The purchase paper work was easy and enjoyable. The RV walk through was solid and helpful but did have some areas for improvement. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the walk through and the overall RV preparation at the time of pick up. The unit was not as clean inside and out as I would have expected, while it is winter the outside did not look recently wash and the underside, jacks, frame rails and components show signs of rust/corrosion, this is not what I would expect when buying a new RV. While the inside was reasonably clean the counters and floors where dusty and there were scratches on some of the wood work that should have been touched up. When I asked for a stain pen to do the touch up I was told they would look into it but they never followed through. Another area of concern is that I was not shown any of the plumbing system and how to winterize or de-winterize the unit. When I ask I was told I was on my own to figure that out because they "could not" show me. All in all is was a 4 star experience and I would buy again from Broadmoor, but next time I would make sure then unit was completely read prior to driving 6 hours to pick it up.
