RV dealerships are diverse-small and large. Family and corporate. Broadmoor falls into the "family" arena. Every attempt is made to make you feel like family. Just remember it is still a dealership and it is in business to make money, so do not give up on "dealing!" Let your sales person work with you to find that perfect current fit. Ask questions and you will get answers. That is what I enjoyed the most and I asked a lot of questions. Our sales person was very accommodating. Understand your purchase and upon delivery listen to your staff as they accommodate your delivery and soon you will see that from sales to service you leave with the ultimate feeling that you are now part of a large Broadmoor RV "family!"

Quick update... Had the trailer a month now. Finally got the DVD player. Sad I had to leave negative reviews to get the dealer to move their feet on it. And we now have started to get a few showers and I find the Slide seals leak when the slide is closed. Had a huge puddle of water flowing in when I went out there today. Looks like I spend a lot of money on another persons problem. Orignal review.... If your looking for dealer who misleads you with false advertising on their online listings..... this is the place for you. If your looking for dealer that will throw you to the curb and care less about you after they get your money......this dealer is the place for you. I found a used RV online to purchase. Since I lived 5 hours away I relied heavily on the online ad listing the features and condition of the trailer. We worked out a deal over the phone for the purchase and trade in of my RV. Then I showed up to the dealer. The dealer did not like the propane tanks on my RV as they were older and one apparently had expired. So. They required I replace both prior to the deal being done. They also required I buy the bigger tanks that apparently came on it from the factory new. They said I could buy them from them for $130 each or find somewhere to buy them. I offered to buy them online for $50 each and have them sent to the dealer. That was a no go as they wanted the tank right now. So I end up having to drive to a local feed store and drop $190 on two tanks. I finally get back and get the deal done. On my drive home I found my parking lights on the trailer didn't work. Everytime I turned on my lights the fuse would blow. I eventually tracked down the bad wire later and had to replace a 25 ft section of wire. That is something that should have been found prior to listing the trailer for sale. But the day after I get home we are loading everything into our new trailer and I go to hook up the tv to the DVD player that Broadmoor RV had advertised the trailer had. But to my surprise, the trailer did not have a DVD player. It was only a cd player. I contacted our sales guy Bryan immediately . He assured me they would make it right. That was over 2 weeks ago and now the only response I get is, i'm sorry really busy will get one it tomorrow. Well, how many tomorrow's is it gonna be guys!!! In the meantime,. They already have my trade in listed on their website. And what do you know,. They are lying about the options on my trailer as well. They have a power awning and roof ladder listed in the options and the trailer has neither. So looks like the lying continues to the next sucker who buys my trade in. At least. I will guarantee all my wiring works on my trade. So this dealer frequently lies in the ads and overloads the trailer with options that are not in the trailer. And when you call them on it they say they will make it right then just ignore you and hope you go away. Won't ever consider going back. Consider going to camping world across the street.
