Easy to deal with. Negotiated a good deal. Great customer service!

Our salesman was very helpful and no pressure from him when we were looking for a motorhome.

We were more than pleased with our sales person Marta! She went above and beyond in helping us. The service department was very cordial and very kind. The service person above them did not relate to the techs what needed to be done. So they would say it’s ready to go and then find out it was not done. But the techs got right on it and did it. Over all we are very happy. We saved a considerable sum by buying here rather than in the area we live. It was worth the drive from the west side to the eastern side of the mountains! I would say if you come from the western part of the state, stay at the koa down the street a block or so till you get the bugs out. I highly recommend !

I was very happy with the buy experience!

Made a purchase over the phone on Sunday. Had to call into to talk with finance manager to see if we really had a sale. Did not have any numbers to go off other than purchase price. No documents to review. Good for us as the dealership cut the price by a couple thousand in the meantime. Finally got to the dealership a week later and they had us mixed up on which trailer we were buying. This was do to lack of communication by Broadmoor again. I thought these guys had their Sh** together. Anyway, figured out the correct trailer and had to argue over a $100 gift certificate. You know that was going to close the store if they paid it out. Walk through with the inspection guy was good. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Bad thing was he said the trailer was all ready to go so hooked up and left. Got home and front vent cover was not closed so it flew off and broke another one on the way off. They did overnight us 2 replacements and were good about taking care of that. Partial reason why 2 stars.

Ryan, my salesman was truly amazing. Listened to everything we were looking for, didn't try pushing us into anything we didn't want & was patient with us. We are new trailer owners and Ryan NEVER made us feel like any questions was silly or stupid. He took his time to make sure all our questions was answered completely. Our service gentleman that did our walk thru was great too. Very detailed, checked for our understanding to make sure we understood and answered all our questions w/respect. I'm only giving a 4 because at the beginning of my finance signing, was a really great experience. However, when I declined the warranty I felt a bit belittled, un-knowledgable and that I made them upset. Overall they were still really nice to work with. I will definitely be referring peeps to Broadmoor and to Ryan!

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Marta in sales, the prep/delivery guys and the folks in the parts are all very helpful. They mentioned several optional accesories, but from a standpoint of providing information... in no way pushy. Just a very pleasant experience. YES, I would recommend Broadmoor RV to all friends and family.
