Broadmore was great to work with from the first phone call after I found the model of RV we wanted on Thursday website. They held the RV for 2 days and the day we drove the 3 hours to the lot, they had a well laid out process to show us the RV, acclimate us with all the bells and whistles and finalize our financing. Doug Sitton our salesman was also good about follow up. Remy gave us our training on use and tips, Molly in finance was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Broadmore RV. We even saved a significant amount over a more local sales lot. The only frustration was waiting over three weeks for the final letter to show our sales tax had been paid so we could license the RV and hit the road! We love our Outdoors RV Creekside Mountain edition trailer!

My wife located an RV that she was interested in seeing online. We already owned a Timber Ridge and just love it! We walked in late to take a look at a newer updated version of our current trailer and met up with our salesman Chris. Chris recognized that we knew what we were looking for and assisted us in locating the Outdoor RV trailer we wanted. Our purchase went through quickly and we have had the trailer out multiple times since taking it home.

We purchased a 23’ Trailer from Doug who was knowledgeable, he was an outstanding listener & informative, helpful with all of our questions and did all the things that we had asked him to do. He was not pushy and was very understanding of what our wants and needs were. The level of customer service was PHENOMENAL all the way from Molly who went over our contract at signing as well as to the delivery from Jose who went over everything like a fine tooth comb. He reiterated everything that Doug had showed us early on with fine details of how to use everything on this trailer. This was critical for us, because we are 1st time buyers, (like in my business this is extremely important). Also we ended up purchasing all the right equipment for our trailer and the salespeople were just SUPER kind and helpful!! I bought a Jayco 334RLOK They couldn’t finance me so I went to my credit union and got approved for a 60k unit in 5 minutes. The financing gave me evey excuse in the book why they couldn’t get it done. It was obvious because I wouldn’t budge on the interest rate they stopped trying/caring. Once I brought in my check for the unit they got even colder. It was a weird process. Besides the units being good on the lot. They as a company are horrible.

The salesman was super helpful and attentive but there where a couple minor issues with the camper that he said would get taken care of. Not only did they not get taken care the message was never passed on to the service department. During the walk through the tech was great and super apologetic about the issues that should have been taken care of and had the service administrator come out and go over the issues. The service department was supposed to call the next day to let me know on how and when the issue could be resolved. Been two weeks and no contact from sales or service.
