Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

Reason for the Three rating as follows: 1. Hard sales tactics to buy additional extended warranties after saying, " no Thank you several Times". 2. When adding the Battery Holder, it was put in wrong by mounting the plate on top of the hitch area and cramming the batteries and battery boxes in where the lids would not fit correctly or anyway to check the batteries for maintenance without total disassembly. Returned it to get it fixed right. Provided picture from Outdoor RV to show proper installation. 3. Found adhesive on the floor inside that needed to be cleaned up. 4. Chain and Power cable to vehicle holder missing on the hitch, was added on the return visit. 5. When picking up the trailer after the return, found battery terminals not tight, one connection was not even hand tight. Had it fixed before I left.

Great Job!!! By all.

Our sales person, Angel was terrific through the whole process. She went out of her way. From taking extra pictures to driving several hours round trip to pick up the motor home we traded in on our new coach. The delivery process was great. A storm was coming in and yet we went through every detail on the coach and got out before it hit. Thank you very much. Dan and Mary.

Smooth as silk. Brad rocked it the whole time. Great place to do business

Once again Marta helped us with our second RV purchase. As usual, the purchase process was very seamless. I would also like to thank Liz, for all the hard investigative work she did to accommodate the changes we wanted on the RV. Broadmoor RV is truly a SUPER STORE!

We live on the westside of Washington so buying something really site unseen is hard. But Broadmoor and Brad our salesman made it easy. By the time we were able to go look at the RV all the paper work was done. Just signing them all after we did a walk through and make sure everything was good. They truly have the ducks in a row has it went seamless. THANK YOU

Excellent service overall! Our salesman, knowing we were driving 2.5 hours to look at a specific used trailer, pulled it into a gated section of their lot so it wouldn't be sold while we were enroute. We were looking at (and eventually buying) literally the cheapest RV on their property, but I never was made to feel that we weren't worth their full attention and time. During our walk-through before taking delivery, there was some additional selling: offering packages of RV essentials & other such options, but it was very low-pressure and a single "no, thank you" was all that was needed for items we weren't interested in. Our one disappointment was not being able to obtain a copy of the Pre-Departure Inspection that they had done; we had been led to believe, apparently mistakenly, that this was a possibility.

Angel was my salesperson, she was helpful and was available on her days off. Charles was my walkthrough guy after the purchase and he was great also.. enjoyed the experience, thanks
