Sleep Inn truly was the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. Extremely clean and comfortable. Our princess received treats and a new toy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for sharing your experience with a hotel you booked through BringFido!

This was our first time booking a hotel via BringFido.com and we arrived to the hotel and they had no idea we had a pet so the room (bed size, view, floor location) we booked was not the room we received. The confirmation email I received after booking states that “ Our Canine Concierge will make sure you’re assigned to a pet friendly room now, so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises at check-in.” Since this was not our experience I called their # - I was hung up on initially so I called back and explained the situation, I was met with a snarky attitude stating that I didn’t read down far enough under the pet policy when booking and that it was my responsibility to call due to our same day arrival. Again, I went back and it was included in the print but not bolded or at the top which most important things are usually located there. Pretty much I was told, too bad and my fault. First and last time I will be using this for booking a hotel.

I really hate to hear this was your experience, Kendall. It's true that the same-day reservations are nearly impossible for us to get vetted before guest arrival, so that is the reason for that policy, but I regret that you felt the tone of the agent was not kind in explaining that. That is extremely uncharacteristic of our team, so we will be looking into that. What is important to know is that we work very hard to ensure our pet friendly listings are accurate, even if a guest omits the call to us. That information changes constantly, though, so the call to our team grants you the guarantee we can't make otherwise. For the reservations made outside of that 24 hour window, we have an entire team of dedicated agents (Canine Concierges that you mention) that verify reservation details with the hotel so that our guests do not experience what you did upon check in. We'll be reaching out to you to try and make things right.

This is a rip off. Do not use. Also, do not get on their email list! I have unsubscribed, blocked , reported spam and I am still receiving unwanted emails. I have reported this site to all known services to stop sending emails. They are disrespectful.

Hi Angela, there is no record of you in our system, so I've contacted you through TrustPilot to get further information so that I can look into your account further. Please respond to that. We never continue to email anyone once they've requested to unsubscribe. The only exception to that would be information about your reservation, which is critical that you receive prior to check in. But otherwise, you would no longer be getting our newsletter or any further communication once unsubscribed. It's a straightfoward process so once we hear back from you, I will double check your subscription settings. If you prefer to email in to us, you may do so at [email protected].

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOTHING AND WILL ACTUALLY COST YOU MONEY!! BringFido assured me I would receive a refund for cancelling a reservation 5+ days in advance. Then suddenly, they retracted this refund guarantee and told me "there's nothing they can do" and told me to work it out directly with the hotel. So then BringFido, what exactly do you even do? What value do you add? Trustpilot does not allow me to post links but I can provide evidence/images of all emails sent by BringFido to prove all of this 100%. BringFido took ZERO responsibility for the $750 I was owed and left me to figure it out on my own! Absolutely disgusting treatment and I hope no one ever uses their service.

Hi Kyle, we are truly sorry that you are so upset and that this was not a good experience. Non-refundable reservations are often just that, and as hard as we try, sometimes hotels will simply not make an exception to the policy. They offer these lower rates specifically because of the lack of flexibility, and sometimes they will offer a change of date, which is what was offered here, but not a refund. We feel your frustration and really did work hard to change the outcome here. Ultimately, it's the hotel's prerogative on how flexible they can be and we really regret it wasn't in our favor.

Incredible recommendation to stay at the Kimpton Teconic Hotel in Manchester, VT. Not only was the staff incredibly pet friendly but Bring Fido helped us to secure a good rate for the night. I think if you go to an establishment recommended by Bring Fido you find that they are not just pet tolerant but genuinely pet friendly.

Drove from Ottawa Ontario to Florida with our two Labrador retrievers for two weeks in the sun. Without bringfido, traveling such a long way with two large dogs would have been a nightmare! Great to find hotels along the Interstate at the last minute using the handy map function. Thank you!
