TL;DR: Have tried to correct multiple listings several times and while they initially said they would do so, they never did. The information on the listings is INCORRECT and they do nothing to fix it. We are the local health department and we require establishments that are dog-friendly to meet certain requirements. BringFido has listed many food service establishments in our jurisdiction that are NOT legally permitted to allow dogs. We emailed BringFido to ask them to only list the establishments that are legally allowed and provided them with that list. Initially, Jessica (Lead Category Manager), replied and said they needed a list of the businesses that were NOT allowed and they would get them removed. So we went through BringFido and collected the literally DOZENS of sites erroneously listed and sent them to Jessica. Then... nothing. We emailed for a status update 3 more times over a one-year period and have never received another reply. And all the incorrect listings STILL remain.

We use Bring Fido when traveling to find places to eat with our puppy. This time was no exception and we found an ideal lunch spot!

I made a hotel reservation in Memphis, arrived a few hours early and was not satisfied with the location at all. I contacted BringFido and explained my circumstances. BringFido went above and beyond to acknowledge, take ownership and render a new solution, that made my stay enjoyable. I was very pleased.

BringFido is an awesome platform that helps you find hotels, restaurants and activities that are dog friendly. You can book hotels through them and they guarantee you end up with a room that allows dogs. This has always worked out for us. They include any extra dog charges in their descriptions, so we're never surprised if we have to pay a fee when we check in. One time I made a mistake in booking the wrong date and BringFido representatives helped me change the date. Several times I've found fun activities I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

Used bribg fido to help plan a whole 2 week trip. Our dog is very happy with all the activities he gets to do!

BringFido made it so easy to find hotels and restaurants that would allow our pets as we traveled in an unfamiliar location. BringFido even made hotel reservations for us while we were driving. It made our trip so much more enjoyable!

Booked a 'pet-friendly' room through BringFido. Was called the same day from a BringFido rep saying that the room I booked on their site was not pet-friendly and was offered a lesser room (for the higher cost of the originally booked room) or a refund. I choose the refund. Nearly 3 weeks later and after 2 calls to BringFido customer service, still no refund. Even though my credit card statement lists BringFido as the payee, the company says it needs to contact the hotel before it can refund my money. BringFido says it hasn't been able to get in touch with the hotel to do this.

Very helpful finding restaurants that were dog friendly on our recent trip as we could not leave her in the hotel. We hope they continue to add dog friendly places.
