Whatever you do, do NOT do business with this company. They do not keep their word. I am due a partial refund but am put off by the company with false promises, and dodging all inquiries.

Their customer service and sales is outsourced to a foreign country. Impossible to communicate in English and representative was very confused. You never know these things when you respond to a quote. I should of cancelled this service before paying and find another carrier.

Terrible service, confusing phone numbers, very poor phone quality - could hardly hear what the agent was saying. They waited to the last minute to double the quote and missed my requested pick update. Had to cancel and lost my deposit. Found another service right away with available carriers. Chose them based on on-line reviews.
