I did a lot of research and found most the companies out there will give you a price upfront and then change it last minute. Brightway was no different. You're not gonna get your trailer hauled to Alaska for $2800, its just not gonna happen. I believe I paid $5300. The transportation was awesome. The driver kept in touch the entire trip, but these guys did the same thing everyone does. They give you a price to hook you and they give you the real price once they have a driver. It was still cheaper than the outfits I called that would do it themselves. I think these guys offer the best deal, I just wish they would do it honestly without the bs upfront. My experience with Brightway Logistics was mixed. While my vehicle transportation was ultimately arranged, the process involved delays from the original pickup schedule, and the final shipping cost ended up being considerably higher than the initial quote. Better communication and pricing transparency would have made the experience much smoother. I would, however, like to recognize Michelle A. James for his professionalism and support toward the end of the process. He was responsive, helped coordinate with the carrier, and worked to finalize the transportation details, ensuring everything moved forward. I appreciate his efforts in getting the shipment on track. Overall, the service was completed successfully, but I hope Brightway Logistics improves its scheduling accuracy and communication with customers.
