Zero stars. I signed a contract with Brightway Logistics for $2,400 guaranteed to ship my car in closed shipment from Ny to Portland, OR, I have all the emails and signed documents as proof. Right after I signed, they hit me with a $200 reservation fee plus a $300 broker fee, leaving only $2,200 due on delivery. I asked where this $300 came from and got nothing but lame excuses. Then when I said I wouldn't pay a deposit until I had driver details and a guaranteed time and price, they suddenly claimed the driver now wanted $3,500 for enclosed shipping — completely breaking our signed $2,400 agreement. I ended up canceling the contract and drove the car myself. The agent, Leo Brown, having number +1 (325) 326-8591, has a very thick fake accent and I'm pretty sure these people are running a scam from India. Please don't work with them — they'll take your money. And if you already paid a deposit, call your bank and file a dispute right away.

They all are Indians and pakistanis! I had a very disappointing experience with Brightway Logistics LLC. I was initially given a price to ship my vehicle, but after moving forward with the company, the price was increased to nearly four times the original quoted amount. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch situation. The initial quote may look attractive, but once you have committed and are depending on them to arrange your shipment, the pricing can change dramatically. Communication was also frustrating. The people I dealt with did not sound like the professional U.S.-based company I expected, and I had serious concerns about how the business was being operated and communicated to customers. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, carefully reading the contract, and comparing the final cost with other auto transport companies before giving them any money. Not recommended. 0/5 if I could give zero stars.

These guys are scamming people . Pakistani and Indian

Avoid this scammer company! Total scammer company don’t believe the other reviews!! I can prove their scammers. I have a contract. I paid a deposit and they tried to come back for a massive amount of more money after the contract was signed and deposit paid.!!! save yourself the headache they are scammers!!!

Do not use this service or any brokerage service. They are an unnecessary third party that adds last minute fees without warnings. I was originally quoted $745, then we agreed on a total price of $1300. After paying the required $150 deposit and $380 to secure the car pick up, my car was not picked up on time because this company did not communicate with the carrier company. I finally got directly in touch with the driver and he explained that he does not get paid until the car is delivered. Once the car was picked up, Brightway called me and told me that I owed another $700 but they were giving me a discount so I only owed $400. Brightway tried to tell me that the money I had paid already had gone to the driver, not to them, even though I paid the invoice on Brightway's website. At this point I had already paid them over $500, which the driver has not seen. These people are scammers who try to get as much money as they can out of you.

Bait and switch. Promise one price but when the day comes for pickup, they will ask for more money. Original quote was $849 . The day of pickup they wanted almost $3k. Horrible company and horrible people. This is a true review. I have plenty of evidence to substantiate my claim

Not a good experience. They clearly employ a bait and switch tactic. I was quoted a price of $495 to transport my vehicle from Montana to Washington. The website says their quoted price is the price you pay. Simply not true. I paid a deposit of $150. I checked in the day before my vehicle was supposed to be picked up and was told that the driver would pick up the vehicle the next day. On the day the pick up was supposed to happen, I received a text saying they were having trouble locating a driver, but that there were other options - one for $1800, one for $1700, and one for $1350. I told them none of those were viable and that it would be cheaper for me to fly and retrieve my vehicle. I asked for my deposit to be refunded and was told that they would put in a request. It took nearly two weeks to receive my refund.

I do not authorize Brightway Logistics LLC to charge my card or collect any additional payment, fee, balance, cancellation charge, or other amount under this order. Please do not assign a carrier, dispatch my vehicle, or take any further action related to this transport. Please confirm in writing that the order has been fully canceled, no carrier has been assigned, and no further amount is due from me. If Brightway Logistics attempts to charge me any additional amount or proceeds with this order after receiving this notice, I will immediately dispute the charge with my card issuer and file complaints with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I reserve all rights and remedies available to me under Florida consumer-protection law. Diana L.
