Do NOT use this company they give u a cheap quote and never find a driver I tried to get my deposit back and they said they refunded me my money and never did they lied n are bad for business trust me u are better off with a company that doesn’t require a deposit these companies are scams

Brightway was definitely the right choice, the customer service was great. Robert was a great help and was very fast to respond when I had any questions or concerns. I Will be using brightway again in the future.

I did a lot of research and found most the companies out there will give you a price upfront and then change it last minute. Brightway was no different. You're not gonna get your trailer hauled to Alaska for $2800, its just not gonna happen. I believe I paid $5300. The transportation was awesome. The driver kept in touch the entire trip, but these guys did the same thing everyone does. They give you a price to hook you and they give you the real price once they have a driver. It was still cheaper than the outfits I called that would do it themselves. I think these guys offer the best deal, I just wish they would do it honestly without the bs upfront. Good Company to work with, for the most part, they had accurate info, fair rates, & was available when i called. I would work with this Company again
