Meeting with my psychiatrist and therapist have helped me immensely. At a time when life was most difficult for me, they guided me to a place of stability. Also, the Brightside platform has been very easy to navigate, and I love how interactive it is.

My therapist, Kathy is outstanding in every way! I feel she always hears me. She makes it easy for me to be honest about my feelings. Your staff has ALWAYS been kind and respectful. Each time I have had issues, for example connecting or being charged for an error that was not my fault, the problem was resolved immediately. I am very satisfied and have no complaints!
