Very nice an gets straight to the point I love my psychiatrist or nurse practitioner whatever they are call

I bottomed out hard with depression/anxiety and the provider got me on the medication I needed right away, adjusting the doses as needed. The therapist is leading through the practices prescribed and is helpful in our conversations about my issues. All this was help when I really needed it.

I really like the app, resources, self care videos. Doc has been helpful and I continue to need more therapy I know. It may take a while.

Super easy and convenient scheduling and sign up. Provider is very caring and helpful and I have no regrets getting started other than wishing I would’ve done it sooner! I feel so much better! It has truly changed my life getting the help I needed.

I didn't think that mental health could ever really be a personal experience through an app. How could it be? But, I was wrong, this app has amazing doctors and therapists that are down to earth and easy to relate to, which makes the whole therapy thing much easier to follow through with. I love this app and I would recommend it to anyone.. and everyone.
