I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the customer service—it was the best I’ve ever had! From the moment I connected, I felt understood and compassionate. The service was great, dependable, affordable, and the platform was so self-paced, which is perfect for mental health. I won’t go into detail about other services, but they’re like in-house pharmaceuticals. You know, they have memberships, and it’s super expensive to pay just for mental health when I already have insurance. These people really made everything so seamless, and I felt comfortable and confident that found the right mental health provider with no unnecessary fees and loopholes . I highly recommend Brightside if you need a therapist or psychologist. They offer virtual services, and it’s just amazing.
